IFWP Cornwall 2020 18th-22nd May.   We will soon be closing the bookings for the congress and need to know who is coming very soon as we are meeting with the Holiday Park people to prepare food & accommodation plans.   Importantly the FLYBE flights into Newquay have just been announced for the summer and there will be 4 flights a day directly into Newquay from London Gatwick & daily flights directly from Amsterdam so if you have been waiting to book they are open and still reasonably priced.   All details for bookings & deposits are on the attached pdf.   We look forward to welcoming you to Cornwall in May.   Best wishes, Adrian.     Adrian Langdon 58 Marshall Avenue, Egloshayle WADEBRIDGE Cornwall UK PL27 6BB   Home tel. +44 (0)1208813440 Mob tel, +44 (0)7702527603 Website:- http://www.adrianlangdon.com Blog:- http://www.images-naturally.co.uk

    Hi everybody,

Thanks to all who have booked to come to Cornwall in May.

There are a few more spaces available and we will close the bookings on the 6th March.

We must do that so that we can co-ordinate with the park staff & managers to get the accommodation & food ordered.

If you wish to come and enjoy the delights of Cornwall in the spring and have not yet booked please do so urgently and we will need the full payment of £300 with your booking.

Any questions then please contact me.

    Best wishes, Adrian.

    Hi everybody,

We are very saddened to report that we have been advised to postpone our congress in Cornwall for May this year due to the ongoing chaos caused by the coronavirus & the public & government reaction to it.

Our team has worked extremely hard to bring people to Cornwall and take you to some amazing places with stunning scenery & wildlife and we are all disappointed about having to cancel.

Who knows what the next few months will bring both here and across your own countries.

We have needed to postpone now so we don’t waste any more money on our bookings with the resort.

As it stands we should be able to refund all most all of your payments made which will happen later this month when we’ve assessed our liabilities and discussed this with the IFWP board.

We realise that many of you will lose your flights or ferry payments but it is totally beyond our control and it is possible that some airlines & companies will go out of business if this pandemic continues for a long period.

Our government is now expecting the virus to peak in May but then who believes governments! We just have to take their advice.

We may be able to have another go at this in 2021 or even 2022 but for now we don’t know how this will unfold.

We must also realise that many people will be ill and some may die so we trust that we are doing the right thing.

I hope you all stay healthy!

Best wishes, Adrian & the team from Cornwall.
